Chris is a retired (2015) Air Force Aircraft Mechanic and Instructor Flight Engineer having flown thousands of hours on KC-135s, EC-130s, AC-130s and CV-22 Ospreys. After retirement he crossed over to become a civilian pilot. Once he became a private pilot, he took a year off to fly his Cessna Skylane around the entire US before pursuing his Instrument, Commercial and Certified Flight Instructor ratings. Now, he is a full time flight instructor who enjoys sharing the passion with others teaching new aviators, glider tow pilots, high elevation mountain flying and special flight restriction airspaces. Aside from his passion for flying, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast and father of three toddlers.
